Pharmacy Executive

About the role

The Pharmacy Executive is a senior member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, working closely with providers, nurses and pharmacists. This role blends clinical expertise, leadership, informatics, change management and data science to improve patient care and optimize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) environment.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and sustain the EHR system, aligning it with clinical workflows and institutional policies.
• Advocate for technology advancements that enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes.
• Lead, mentor and foster collaboration among a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Support change‑management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
• Leverage data‑science techniques to inform decisions, optimize processes and improve outcomes.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to promote best clinical practices and standards.
• Drive population‑level optimization and continuous improvement of pharmacist workflows.
• Manage and analyze healthcare data to generate actionable insights.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and act as a bridge between IT and clinical staff.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree with an active state pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, including leadership roles in healthcare, informatics or related domains.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage change initiatives.
