About the role

The Pharmacy Executive is a senior leader within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, responsible for integrating technology, data science, and clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes and EHR satisfaction. This role blends clinical pharmacy practice with informatics, change management, and leadership to drive continuous improvement across pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and sustain the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, aligning it with clinical workflows.
• Advocate for and implement technology advancements that enhance clinical practice.
• Lead, mentor, and foster collaboration among a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Support change‑management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
• Leverage data science techniques to inform decision‑making and optimize clinical processes.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to promote best clinical practices.
• Drive population‑level optimization to improve pharmacist performance across workflows.
• Manage and analyze healthcare data to generate actionable insights.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and act as a bridge between IT and clinical staff.
• Build and maintain relationships within clinical informatics to support integration efforts.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) with active state pharmacist licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record in healthcare informatics, technology integration, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, population health, and data‑driven improvement.
