Pharmacy Executive

About the role

The Pharmacy Executive is a senior member of a multidisciplinary team that includes providers, nurses, and pharmacists. This role blends clinical expertise with leadership, informatics, change management, and data science to improve patient care, enhance EHR satisfaction, and drive optimal health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and sustain the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, aligning it with clinical workflows.
• Advocate for and implement technology advancements that improve clinical practice.
• Lead, mentor, and foster collaboration among a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Support change‑management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
• Leverage data science techniques to inform decision‑making and optimize clinical processes.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to promote best clinical practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of clinical practices and processes.
• Focus on population‑level optimization to elevate pharmacist performance.
• Manage and analyze healthcare data to generate actionable insights.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and act as a bridge between IT and clinical staff.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree with current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting with leadership, informatics, or related responsibilities.
