Pharmacy Call Center Support Specialist

About the role

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Call Center Support Specialist to provide professional phone support to PACE clients, participants, and network pharmacies. Working under the direction of the Director or Manager, you will ensure timely, accurate, and courteous communication while helping resolve drug benefit and medication delivery issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone inquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Document all calls and interactions in the company’s software system.
• Resolve client drug‑benefit concerns of medical, financial, or technical nature.
• Provide enrollment support for new PACE participants.
• Communicate pharmacy benefit information to contracted network pharmacies.
• Coordinate facility discharges to ensure medication reconciliation and home delivery.
• Offer help‑desk support to network pharmacies and educate PACE staff on processes.
• Make outbound calls to gather or confirm information needed for pharmacy operations.
• Arrange courier services for timely medication delivery.
• Participate in department and company meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all client communications.
