Pharmacist – Rural Montana Pharmacy

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team serving rural communities in Montana. You will play a key role in expanding clinical services and ensuring high‑quality patient care across multiple pharmacy locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication stocking, and prescription processing.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations such as the Controlled Substance Act and HIPAA.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care.
• Support and expand clinical services to better serve the community.
• Train pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff to maintain high standards of care and efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and positive patient relationships.
• Passion for the impact of independent pharmacies on community health.
• Leadership or pharmacy‑management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other pharmacy locations for coverage and support.
