Personal Trust Assistant

About the role

Associated Bank is looking for a Personal Trust Assistant in Green Bay to support Relationship Managers and management and their clients. The role covers daily coordination of account administration for personal trust and agency relationships, maintaining accounts, assisting Relationship Managers in growing business and ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily account administration for personal trust and agency clients, monitor situations for prompt action and communicate updates to Relationship Managers and internal partners.
• Oversee transaction processing, document services, inquiry resolution and obtain appropriate documentation.
• Maintain accounts by initiating account activity, monitoring records for accuracy and completeness, and handling customer service requests.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence, reporting and projects as assigned, and sales support such as updating internal systems, reporting and preparing client materials.
• May perform MoneyGuide Pro data entry.
• Act as a liaison with customer care, legal, credit and other partners to resolve complicated transactions.
• Use online deposit and trust systems for account openings and closings, account distribution, discretionary payments, account reviews and cash processing (wires, ACH, bill payments).
• Ensure account activity meets compliance, risk management and regulatory guidelines, and maintain a basic understanding of tax laws and legal requirements for trust administration.

Required profile

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or Paralegal Studies.
• 2-4 years of banking, office/administrative or paralegal experience.
