Operations Technician (Mortgage Warehouse Servicing)

About the role

Associated Bank is looking for an Operations Technician for mortgage warehouse servicing, working under general supervision on moderately complex to complex processes. The technician takes accountability for the whole process, from receiving work to resolution and closure, coordinates information across operational areas and customers, acts as escalation point for less senior technicians and provides training as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming work and contact the appropriate resources as needed
• Enter transactions into the PC, verify accuracy and balance general ledger accounts
• Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records
• Provide fast, effective, accurate and courteous service to customers and the bank
• Prepare, edit, distribute and correct specialized and complex documents
• Report regularly on customer feedback and trends in problems or situations across product activities
• Review processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency and recommend improvements to leadership

Required profile

• High school required; associate's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of office experience required; 3-5 years of office or operations experience preferred
• Ability to coordinate information across operational areas and customers
