Personal Trainer – Fitness Coach

About the role

PureGym US is looking for energetic Personal Trainers to join its expanding network in New York and New Jersey. You will deliver personalized fitness programs, motivate members, and help them achieve their health goals in a supportive gym environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a client base through introductory and paid personal training sessions.
• Design comprehensive fitness programs tailored to individual client objectives.
• Motivate clients, set goals, and provide regular follow‑up to ensure progress.
• Demonstrate safe exercise techniques and maintain a high‑quality member experience.
• Stay informed about PureGym’s services, programs, and products.
• Participate in required meetings and continuing education opportunities.

Required profile

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Valid CPR and AED certification.
• Passion for transforming lives through health and wellness education.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Required skills

• NASM (or equivalent) certification.
• CPR/AED certification.
