Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager in Nashville with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home each week. As Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you will build and maintain key client and carrier relationships and support clients and teammates with service questions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships
• Assist clients and teammates with questions on administration, billing, claims and problem solving
• Work with the Producer and/or Marketing Account Executive to monitor and manage renewals, recommend coverage needs and prepare marketing information
• Complete the implementation process, schedule and run meetings, and deliver forms to clients
• Attend seminars, classes and carrier meetings to stay up to date on products and legislative changes
• Take part in other projects as needed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
• Two years of relevant insurance industry experience
• Property and Casualty insurance license
• Strong client relations skills, including communication, service orientation and tactfulness

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Plus: advanced degree, experience with high net-worth accounts, certifications, or RFP experience (not required)
