Personal Lines Account Manager – Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. In this role you will manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, ensuring their policies are up‑to‑date and delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, handling renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to grow the business.
• Collaborate closely with producers to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal lines insurance.
• Active property and casualty insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverages.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
