Personal Assistant to Global Head of Citizenship

About the role
Join a leading British universal bank as the Personal Assistant to the Global Head of Citizenship. You will provide high‑level executive support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across a complex global remit and acting as a trusted gateway for senior‑level priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Global Head of Citizenship’s calendar, triage meeting requests, resolve conflicts and align priorities.
- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policy.
- Organise meeting logistics, including conference rooms, A/V equipment, and visitor access.
- Prepare and distribute agendas and supporting materials in advance of meetings.
- Provide administrative support for the broader Public Policy & Corporate Responsibility leadership team, especially for New York‑based events.
- Handle day‑to‑day administration such as corporate card, expense reporting, filing systems, and confidential tasks.
- Track actions, follow‑ups and deadlines, flagging risks or dependencies early.
- Troubleshoot issues with internal partners (technology, building services, A/V) to maintain service quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively and work autonomously.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with calendar and email management tools.
- Experience arranging complex international travel.
- Familiarity with meeting logistics, A/V setup and conference room booking systems.
