About the role
The Permit Coordinator supports Stimulus Technologies' fiber deployment projects by managing the day‑to‑day permitting process. Working under the Permitting Manager, you ensure that all required permits are prepared, submitted, and tracked so projects stay on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document permitting requirements for each project.
- Create and maintain permitting schedules, trackers, and boundary maps.
- Prepare permitting packages, applications, and supporting documentation for review and submission.
- Communicate regularly with permitting agencies to obtain status updates and projected approval dates.
- Coordinate with field teams and engineering firms to collect missing information.
- Flag rejections, document root‑cause details, and provide status updates to the Permitting Manager.
Required profile
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple permits and trackers simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with agencies, field crews, and internal teams.
- Interest in building a career in telecom or utility permitting.
