Drop Installation Project Coordinator

About the role

Stimulus Technologies is seeking a Drop Installation Project Coordinator to support fiber internet deployments across rural Nevada, Missouri, California and Oregon. The coordinator will manage the scheduling and tracking of subscriber installations, ensuring projects funded by SLFRF, FFA grants and BEAD meet timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process installation work orders via the Omnia 360 system and update status in Quickbase.
• Maintain the master drop installation tracker with daily production data, including completed installs, addresses, unit counts and exceptions.
• Monitor progress against grant‑mandated timelines, flag at‑risk areas and communicate proactively with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate installation scheduling with clients, customer service teams and the Drop Installation Manager to align crew availability with subscriber readiness.
• Prioritize work orders based on activation timelines, geographic efficiency and client priorities.
• Produce dashboards and visual reports on completion rates, backlog, crew productivity and geographic progress.
• Track rework items, failed inspections and customer‑reported issues, ensuring corrective actions are logged and closed.
