Per Diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Per Diem Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work evening shifts (3 pm‑6 pm) in the Toms River, NJ area. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA plans, and provide supervision to therapy staff while collaborating with families and schools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral and skills assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Write comprehensive assessment reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation meeting BACB, insurance, and organizational standards.
• Develop and implement ABA intervention plans, monitor progress through data analysis, and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, educators, and therapeutic support staff while maintaining BACB supervision standards.
• Supervise Registered Behavior/ABA Therapists in the field according to BACB guidelines.

Required profile

• Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA‑D).
• Valid Behavior Specialist/BCBA license for the state of New Jersey.
• At least 1 year of professional experience working with clients with ASD.
• Maintain CEU requirements and active BACB credential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with assessment tools such as ABLLS, VB‑MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Ability to analyze behavioral data and generate evidence‑based treatment plans.
