People & Culture Generalist (US)

About the role

Seed Global Health is seeking an experienced and collaborative People and Culture Generalist to support HR initiatives and help build a thriving organizational culture. Reporting to the Global Director of People & Culture, this role will primarily manage US HR operations while partnering with global teams on special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute core people functions in partnership with the global People & Culture team.
• Support US and global talent management across recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
• Foster a culture that enhances performance and well‑being of staff.
• Cover US HR operations and assist global teams on special projects.

• Ability to work across US and global teams.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
