Pediatric Physical Therapist - Early Intervention

About the role

Ivy Rehab for Kids is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist for its Early Intervention team in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Therapists work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model that empowers parents to provide the supports and techniques their child needs. Services are delivered in the child's natural setting, such as home, daycare or community. This is a per-visit position of 5-19 hours per week, with the chance to move toward part-time or full-time depending on need and flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to children from birth to age three in their natural settings
• Work with families using a coaching model so parents can support their child's goals
• Deliver care alongside physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and developmental services

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctorate program in Physical Therapy
• Current or pending Pennsylvania physical therapy licensure
• At least one year of experience working with children under five as a physical therapist
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (includes infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing)
• Dedication to high-quality patient outcomes
