Pediatric Physical & Occupational Therapists – Fayetteville & Lumberton, NC

About the role

Alphanumeric is seeking licensed Pediatric Physical Therapists (PTs) and Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a well‑established outpatient pediatric therapy practice serving the Fayetteville and Lumberton areas of North Carolina. The positions offer flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules and focus on caring for children from infancy through adolescence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment for pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and Speech Therapy to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Required profile

• Current North Carolina licensure as a PT or OT, or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred, though candidates with strong interest in transitioning to pediatrics are welcome.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pediatric diagnoses such as autism, cerebral palsy, torticollis, neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions.
• Ability to work with infants, children, and adolescents across a range of functional impairments.
