Risk Management & Accreditation Compliance Coordinator

About the role

The Risk Management and Accreditation Compliance Coordinator leads quality improvement, risk management, credentialing and accreditation activities for outpatient clinics. This partnership role works closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure safe, effective, patient‑centered care and compliance with AAAHC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement projects, risk assessments, and accreditation preparation for medical and mental health clinics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trend analyses, and policy documentation to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders to identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee compliance with AAAHC standards and support teams in maintaining smooth, safe workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health or related field; minimum three years of ambulatory/outpatient quality, compliance or risk management experience.
• Proven experience leading QI initiatives (e.g., PDSA, RCA), writing policies and preparing for accreditation surveys.
• Ability to create simple dashboards, perform trend analysis and work independently with minimal oversight.

• Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) and clinical services software.
• Dashboard creation and data analysis tools.
• Incident reporting and policy management systems.
