Pediatric Clinic Director (PT/OT/SLP)

About the role

Ivy Health is looking for an outpatient pediatric clinic director to lead its pediatric team that provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. The director oversees all aspects of clinic operations, manages clinical and non-clinical staff, works with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care, and collaborates with digital marketing strategies and medical professionals to improve service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinic operations and manage clinical and non-clinical staff
• Work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care
• Promote efficient service utilization and program development
• Collaborate with digital marketing strategies and communicate with medical professionals and stakeholders
• Facilitate and participate in continuing education and mentorship to support team performance

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Physical, Occupational or Speech Language Pathology therapy program
• Current licensure as a PT, OT or SLP within the state
• Proven dedication and experience in leadership skills
• Passion for mentoring others and a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
