Pediatric Clinic Director & Partner (PT, OT, or SLP)

About the role

Ivy Health is looking for a Pediatric Clinic Director and Investing Partner in Philadelphia (Rhawnhurst/Fox Chase) to help build a new clinic from the ground up. You will bring the clinical vision and local relationships, while Ivy provides the infrastructure, expertise and support. The clinic offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, legal, compliance and payer contracting.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT or SLP in the respective state, as there is a treating component.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
