Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP)

About the role

Ivy Health is looking for a Pediatric Clinic Director and Investing Partner who holds a license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist. You will help shape a new clinic from the ground up, bringing the clinical vision and local relationships, while Ivy provides the infrastructure, expertise and support. The clinic does not yet exist and is a start-up; location is flexible and chosen together with the clinician.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, legal, compliance and payer contracting.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT or SLP in the respective state, as the role has a treating component.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
