Pearson Vue Test Administrator

About the role

The Pearson Vue Test Administrator supports the State of Georgia by managing registration, proctoring, and logistics for Pearson Vue and other standardized examinations. This part‑time position works day shifts, may include evenings and Saturdays, and requires travel to multiple sites, including correctional facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Register candidates for Pearson Vue and other standardized tests.
• Proctor examinations, ensuring security and compliance with testing procedures.
• Coordinate logistics for testing sessions, including location, seating, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare, distribute, and secure examination materials before and after each session.
• Assist in processing exam documents and maintaining confidentiality of test results and examinee information.
• Travel to various testing locations as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in testing lab administration, assessment, or evaluation.
• Successful completion of the Pearson Vue certification test.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Willingness to undergo a background investigation and meet Selective Service registration requirements.

Required skills

• Computer operation and proficiency with job‑related software programs.
• Knowledge of basic office practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with office machinery such as scanners and copy machines.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
