About the role

Melita Group, an HR, benefits, and payroll outsourcing company, is looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations for assigned clients in the United States. The role involves end‑to‑end payroll processing, accurate record‑keeping, and delivering reliable client support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete payroll process for multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate calculations and timely processing.
• Utilize payroll platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, and Salesforce CRM to execute payroll tasks.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and protect employee information.
• Prioritize and meet payroll deadlines across several client accounts.
• Identify and resolve payroll processing issues to ensure efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience managing payroll for multiple clients and using payroll technology platforms.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with client representatives and internal teams.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and reliability under deadline pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience using Rippling.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
