Finance Manager – FP&A Business Partner

About the role

Bitdeer is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner for its U.S. operations and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the U.S. Finance lead, you will own budgeting, forecasting and project financial analysis, turning operating plans into clear revenue, profitability, capex and cash‑flow projections.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual budgets, long‑range plans and rolling forecasts for assigned businesses, integrating revenue, OPEX, headcount, capex and cash flow.
• Partner with project, operations, engineering and procurement leaders to translate milestones and commercial assumptions into financial plans and actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models linking power capacity, utilization, pricing, operating costs and capital spending to profitability and cash requirements.
• Review project budgets, contractual commitments and milestone payment schedules, distinguishing committed versus discretionary spending.
• Analyze variances, develop scenario and sensitivity models, and prepare executive dashboards and presentations.
• Support treasury and financing teams with reliable cash‑flow forecasts and funding analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance or business finance experience with full ownership of planning cycles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, accruals, working capital and cash‑timing differences.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex analyses clearly.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel financial modeling, including scenario analysis, NPV, IRR and payback calculations.
• Experience with planning platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM or Hyperion Planning.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP, BI analytics or comparable reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data‑center, AI, cloud or Bitcoin‑mining capital‑intensive projects is a plus.
