Patient Services Salesforce Functional Consultant

About the role

The Deloitte Sales & Service team is seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to help Life Sciences clients improve patient engagement and service operations. You will translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions and support implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document workflows for patient enrollment, hub services, case management, benefits investigation, and patient support.
• Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, and process flows.
• Support Salesforce implementations through configuration decisions, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and delivery teams to validate solutions and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of consulting or client‑facing experience.
• 1+ full life‑cycle Salesforce implementation.
• 1+ years with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud in a patient services environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
