About the role

Carda Health is reimagining cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation through a remote, digital care model. As a Patient Retention Specialist, you will work closely with the clinical team to keep patients engaged and completing their rehab programs.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical leaders and founders to refine digital care delivery and retention strategies.
Conduct proactive outreach to patients at risk of dropping out, using motivational interviewing to address barriers.
Support patients in using wearables and tablets, troubleshooting technology issues.
Track engagement data and help improve conversion rates through targeted communication.

Required profile

At least 1 year of clinical experience as an Exercise Physiologist in cardiopulmonary rehab.
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology (Master’s preferred); ACSM‑CEP certification is a plus.
Self‑driven and able to operate with minimal supervision in a fast‑growing startup.

Required skills

Proficiency in Excel for data tracking.
Strong ability to work with mobile technology, wearables, and tablets.
