Patient Concierge (Receptionist) – Dental Practice

About the role

Swish Dental is seeking a friendly and organized Patient Concierge to manage the front‑desk experience for our patients. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth workflow for both patients and the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Greet patients, assist with electronic intake forms, and collect payments.
• Notify the clinical team of patient arrivals and escort patients to appropriate areas.
• Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and gather policy details.
• Set up accounts, create charts for new patients, and schedule appointments.
• Communicate clearly with patients and handle additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation for punctual attendance.
• Detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Willingness to cover shifts at multiple locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
• 1+ years of customer‑service experience preferred.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred.
