Healthcare Customer Project Manager – Field Role (Miami/Ft Lauderdale)

About the role

Serve the healthcare community by managing capital medical equipment installations and IT solution implementations across the healthcare continuum for Philips Healthcare Services. This field‑based position requires extensive travel within South Florida and close collaboration with hospital project contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementation projects of varying scope, size, and complexity, including IT solutions, equipment installation, and systems integration.
• Coordinate, lead, and motivate cross‑functional internal and external teams (Sales, Clinical, Technical) while ensuring site readiness and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain daily project status updates, advise on project plans, and guarantee a stellar customer experience as defined by the statement of work.
• Travel up to 75% of the time within the South Florida district to execute field activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management and IT integration within a healthcare environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Residency in South Florida with willingness to travel extensively.

• Base salary range $90,000 – $143,000 plus potential annual incentive bonus and long‑term incentives.
