About the role

The G111 Leukemia unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus provides care for patients undergoing therapy for leukemia and other immunologic cancers. As a Patient Care Nurse Assistant you will work part‑time, supporting registered nurses in delivering high‑quality, compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision, including vital signs, weight, personal care, and activities of daily living.
Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to the RN.
Assist with maintaining clean and orderly patient rooms, including transfers, transport, and equipment handling.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Military experience as a Hospital Corpsman, Combat Medic, or Medical Service Technician considered.
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification preferred.
