About the role
The company Estropical.com is looking for a Contact Center Intern to support its travel agency operations in Santa Cruz. The role offers hands‑on experience in customer service and reservation management within a high‑level tourism environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and digital inquiries from agency clients.
- Assist with the operational handling of travel reservations and service queries.
- Support the follow‑up of travel requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn to use reservation systems and internal tools.
- Provide general administrative support to the Contact Center team.
Required profile
- Students in the final semesters or recent graduates of Hospitality & Tourism Administration, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
- Genuine interest in the tourism sector and customer service.
