About the role
Join Integrity Home Health Care as a part‑time in‑home nurse (LPN or RN) providing low‑stress, routine skilled nursing visits on weekdays. You will work one‑on‑one with patients in their homes, focusing on medication setup and general health assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Perform 30–60 minute in‑home visits for medication setup and health assessments.
- Schedule approximately 10‑15 client visits per week, coordinating travel within Jackson County and surrounding areas.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and families.
Required profile
- Current Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of paid nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
