About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide in‑home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part‑time position allows you to work in the comfort of clients' homes while making a meaningful impact.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mental and behavioral health support to clients with ID/DD.
- Work independently in clients' homes and community settings, ensuring safety and personalized care.
Required profile
- At least one year of verifiable experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Passion for delivering high‑quality care and ability to adapt to each client’s unique needs.
