Caregiver/HHA – $26/hr with mileage reimbursement

About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for compassionate individuals to provide in‑home support to clients, helping them stay safe and comfortable. Flexible full‑time and part‑time assignments are available near Springfield and throughout Windsor County.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support activities of daily living, including meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and transportation to appointments or errands.
- Offer medication reminders, range‑of‑motion exercises, and companionship.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of professional home health or patient‑care experience (exceptional candidates without experience may be trained).
- At least 18 years old, reliable, compassionate, and able to travel to client homes.

- Competitive pay: $26 per hour plus mileage reimbursement; $2 extra per hour for holiday shifts.
