About the role

Join SKIMS as a Part‑Time Team Member and bring our next‑generation underwear, loungewear, and shapewear to life for customers. You will create an inclusive, personalized store experience while supporting the brand’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

Greet every customer warmly and authentically, delivering an elevated, premium brand experience.
Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently advise shoppers and build loyalty.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor, especially during peak hours.
Adapt quickly to different zones of the store, stepping in where needed.
Embrace coaching, feedback, and continuous learning to improve performance.
Drive store results by meeting individual and team sales goals.

Required profile

Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for fashion and styling.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Flexible availability on weekdays and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
