In-Home Sales Representative – Hybrid (Charleston)

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is a fast‑growing home improvement company expanding to Charleston, SC. We are seeking driven, competitive individuals to join our team as full‑time In‑Home Sales Representatives, meeting pre‑qualified homeowners and closing high‑ticket remodeling projects.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 minute drive).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
