In-Home Sales Representative

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is expanding to Charleston, SC and seeks motivated individuals to join its high‑growth sales team. As an In‑Home Sales Representative you will meet pre‑qualified homeowners, present home‑exterior solutions, and close high‑ticket sales while enjoying unlimited earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 min drive).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
