Part‑Time Resident Service & Maintenance Director

About the role

Blue Roc Premier is seeking an experienced Resident Service & Maintenance Director to work part‑time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) overseeing the operation and upkeep of our multifamily communities. You will lead a maintenance team, ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and provide exceptional service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance associates.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, residents, and supervisors to resolve maintenance issues.
• Support curb‑appeal projects and overall property presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily property maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Commitment to resident satisfaction and high‑quality service.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingualism a plus.

Required skills

• HVAC 608 Certification (mandatory).
• Electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Plumbing maintenance knowledge.
• Preventive and general maintenance expertise.
