Part‑Time Merchandiser – Morning Shift

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Part‑Time Merchandiser on the morning shift. You will keep beverage products stocked, organized, and attractive in local stores while enjoying a flexible schedule and consistent hours.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate beverage products on shelves and in coolers.
• Build and maintain eye‑catching displays and manage POS materials.
• Perform store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Learn and grow knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits brands.
• Handle alcoholic products responsibly and ensure safe interactions with the public.

Required profile

• Must be 21 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and perform frequent standing, bending, and ladder use.

What we offer

• $18.50 per hour pay.
• $1,200 annual car allowance.
