Part‑Time Leasing Professional – Villas at Princeton Lakes

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to join our team at the Villas at Princeton Lakes community. In this role you will drive leasing activity, support resident satisfaction, and help retain current residents while achieving occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before occupancy, confirm move‑in readiness, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records of unit availability, prospect activity, and resident data in the on‑site property management system (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage lease documentation and unit inspections.
• Knowledge of local rental market conditions and competitive positioning.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
