About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Leasing Professional to join the Avana Red Run community. You will be the front‑line representative, guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring smooth move‑ins, and supporting resident satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to guide prospects through the leasing journey.
• Attention to detail for unit inspections and move‑in preparation.
• Awareness of local market conditions and competitive factors.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive traffic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools like Craigslist and Facebook.
