About the role

The Work Café Concierge is the primary customer‑facing representative within Santander’s Work Café in Coconut Grove, Miami. In this part‑time position you will create a welcoming, professional environment and support customers using co‑working spaces, meeting rooms, and café services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate area, and ensure a positive first impression.
• Manage co‑working, meeting‑room, and event bookings, preparing spaces before and after use.
• Assist customers with routine transactions and promote digital self‑service channels.
• Support the Work Café Manager and Events Manager with event promotion, check‑in, set‑up, and clean‑up.
• Coordinate with third‑party baristas and cleaning staff to maintain a tidy, inviting environment.
