Part‑Time Concierge

About the role

The Concierge provides front‑desk support and resident services for The SUR community, ensuring a welcoming experience for prospects, residents, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage waiting areas, and ensure comfort while they await assistance.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedules, oversee payment and cleanliness, and coordinate move‑in/move‑out logistics.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and track equipment rentals and dry‑cleaning services.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance), and working in various weather conditions.

Required profile

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift moderate weights.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $23.50.
