Parts Manager

About the role

Fun Town RV is Texas’s largest RV dealership network, operating 36 locations. The Parts Manager will lead the parts department, ensuring technicians and customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily parts department operations, including ordering, stocking, and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
• Coordinate with service technicians and advisors to guarantee timely parts availability.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and resolve order issues.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a team of parts staff, setting performance goals and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage relationships with vendors, technicians, and customers.
• Leadership experience in a parts or inventory environment.
