About the role

Rillet is looking for a foundational member to lead its Partnerships – PE/VC function, owning a book of private equity and venture funds and turning those relationships into pipeline, revenue, and long‑term market advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of funds end‑to‑end, opening conversations, multi‑threading with operating and deal teams, and driving relationships from first touch to signed partnership.
• Drive portfolio penetration by converting fund relationships into introductions, pipeline, and closed customers across portfolio companies.
• Source and influence opportunities, shaping sales conversations when portfolio companies engage Rillet.
• Design and execute high‑quality events and conferences for senior leaders, extracting relationships and insights.
• Build repeatable go‑to‑market motions, enable sales teams, and create operating cadence for channel scaling.
• Identify and execute strategic initiatives with funds beyond near‑term revenue.

Required profile

• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑agency environment and takes ownership of strategy and execution.
• Comfortable building deep relationships with operating partners, CFOs, and fund managers.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Required skills

• Strong relationship‑building and partnership development abilities.
• Experience designing and running outbound campaigns and events.
• Ability to create compelling pitches, partner materials, and outbound communications.
