Partnerships Lead - Accounting & Advisory

About the role

As Partnerships Lead – Accounting & Advisory you will expand Rillet’s relationships with top CPA and advisory firms, driving revenue and shaping joint commercial and product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Source and launch partnerships with Top 100 CPA firms and independent consulting firms.
• Own revenue outcomes with partners, from business case creation to day‑to‑day execution.
• Design a world‑class partner management structure and internal resourcing.
• Structure commercial arrangements that drive lasting success for Rillet and partners.
• Represent Rillet at partner roundtables, industry conferences and through a curated online presence.
• Contribute to Rillet’s product roadmap by synthesizing partner feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience at a top CPA or advisory firm, or in strategic partnerships at a software company with a consulting/channel focus.
• Background in accounting or ERP consulting strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with Managing Directors and Partners.
• Strong commercial acumen and long‑term partnership mindset.
• Exceptional work ethic, drive and willingness to travel as needed.
