Partnerships Associate

About the role

Rho is seeking a Partnerships Associate to help scale its venture capital and strategic partnerships engine. Reporting to the Head of VC Partnerships, you will support the full partnership lifecycle, from relationship management to negotiation and operational enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of VC fund relationships, prepare briefing materials and track referral pipelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard service‑provider partners such as law firms, accounting firms, and startup tooling companies.
• Assist in drafting and redlining partnership terms, coordinating with legal and tracking negotiation items to closure.
• Build and maintain partnership systems including CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, reporting dashboards and partner databases.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, VC platforms, banking, consulting or similar fast‑paced roles (internships count).
• Exceptionally organized, strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable interacting with senior external stakeholders.
• Based in San Francisco and able to work onsite five days a week.
