About the role
The TikTok Shop Partner Strategy & Operations Manager will drive growth and capability improvements across our partner ecosystem. You will work closely with merchants, internal teams, and external partners to design and execute data‑driven strategies that boost visibility, sales, and overall GMV on TikTok Shop.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze core pain points in the partner ecosystem, uncover best‑practice cases, and iterate the partner capability tiering system.
- Collaborate with partners to create customized growth strategies, optimize visibility, and increase sales on the platform.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, continuously refining content based on data feedback and real‑world usage.
- Design and oversee end‑to‑end execution of targeted strategies aimed at GMV growth and merchant penetration, monitoring performance and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Serve as a cross‑functional liaison, integrating resources from internal business units, marketing teams, and external industry partners to deliver growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of operational experience on e‑commerce platforms, preferably in strategy or partner‑focused roles.
- Strong understanding of partner or merchant operating models; experience with influencer agencies is a plus.
- Proven ability to use data analysis to identify business issues and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
