Partner Growth Manager

About the role

Check is seeking a Partner Growth Manager to own and expand a portfolio of high‑growth startup partners. You will act as the primary advocate for dozens of partners, guiding them through onboarding, launch, growth and renewal while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as day‑to‑day point of contact for a portfolio of startup partners, building trust and deep understanding of their business goals.
• Develop, execute and continuously improve a repeatable playbook covering onboarding, milestone tracking, and renewal processes.
• Identify patterns across the portfolio, surface risks and opportunities, and drive cross‑functional initiatives to accelerate partner growth.
• Partner with Sales, R&D, Product, Marketing and Enablement to communicate roadmap updates, compliance changes and incident management.
• Introduce new products and features, evaluate their impact and channel feedback to the product team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS, fintech or payroll environments, with a focus on strategic partner or account management.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, fast‑moving portfolios and resolve escalations directly.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to recognize trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing stakeholders at executive levels.
