About the role
Levi’s® is looking for a skilled Part‑Time Tailor to join the Michigan Ave. retail store in Chicago. You will provide high‑quality alteration and repair services, ensuring customers leave with perfectly fitted garments.
Key responsibilities
- Perform basic alterations such as hemming, patching, repairing, and tapering.
- Execute technical alterations on items other than jeans that require specialized equipment.
- Maintain strong customer service standards to enhance the client experience.
- Educate and train store team members on tailoring services and offerings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; formal apparel design training is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of sewing/tailoring experience with deep knowledge of denim construction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive hand movements.
