About the role
Ensemble Schools is looking for a fun, experienced, and professional substitute drum instructor to teach part‑time at Reeder Music Academy in Danville, CA. The role involves in‑person instruction and may lead to regular teaching opportunities if you can teach additional instruments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide drum lessons to students on a substitute basis when regular teachers are unavailable.
- Maintain consistency in scheduling and availability to meet student and school needs.
Required profile
- Degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
- Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians.
- Reliable transportation, punctuality, and ability to pass a background check.
